Certification and IFSAC Seal Verifications

Two options are available for verifying certifications issued with IFSAC seals:

• Contact IFSAC Administration Office
  
  Download, complete, and email verification request form to the email address shown on the form.  Verification Request Form Download (PDF)

Notice: At this time, individuals seeking to verify certifications obtained from the United States Department of Defense after September 2017, must contact DoD F&ES directly at (850) 283-6221.

The IFSAC seal registry contains certifications and IFSAC seals issued by and reported to IFSAC Administration by IFSAC accredited certifying entities and some certification records may not be immediately available for verification. In these cases, certifying entities must be contacted by IFSAC Administration for verification, or the requestor may contact the certifying entity directly (see below).

  Contact information for each IFSAC accredited certifying entity can be found in the Directory of Certificate Assembly Members. Some certifying entities have certification lookup or transcript request systems accessible through their website.
